Tom Calderwood , 10 Oct 2019 Thank you Troy Foran for the determination and professionalism with the regards to the sale of my business  The whole process was daunting to me in the beginning and I was not confident that I would get the outcome I wanted. Appointing you as my broker was certainly the right decision. You kept me apprised of any developments and updates and was always very flexible time wise in meeting with potential buyers and myself. You never intentionally got my hopes up ("There are no guarantees until the money's in the bank" you would say). As it turned out there were complications with a purchaser who signed an agreement however never honored it. You immediately went straight back to work and revamped the ad for our business and generated a tonne of new interest which resulted in a new purchaser within only a few months. Bernice , 30 Jun 2020 OMG, what a ride! In the middle of Covid-19, Nikki achieved a sale which at times, with lockdown, we thought was never going to happen. It just goes to show. Persistence can prevail even in the trickiest of markets and market was exceptional. Most brokers would have given up. Nikki, your job was to bring me a buyer. Despite the challenges of me being a first-time seller, and the market being mid-covid-19! You did it…...I believe a match made in heaven. I am excited to sell and he is excited to buy! The buyer is exceptional, it truly is a good match. I am confident that I have sold the salon in good faith, that my staff will be looked after and the salon will thrive, under the new ownership. All I need to say is that Benchmark really are the kings of salons and I felt so comfortable and at easy with them, they always kept me up to date with the whole process and went through all the steps with me. I love my new salon and can’t wait to add to my brand and finishing touches, thanks Benchmark for your knowledge and never ending support.

I can now see why John Kasapi is the best business broker in the country. He it truly outstanding at what he does and how he delivers amazing service. It is impressive to see how easily he made the sale go so smoothly. His pro-active approach was refreshing – not once did I have to ring him to find out what was happening with the process.
