We knew they specialized in salon and clinic sales, so when we were ready to sell we knew whom to contact. When we listed the salon on the market we let the broker know that we had only a few months to get it sold. They delivered a buyer and a contract almost instantly and sold it record time. The biggest concern I had was the landlord being overseas and having a strict approval process. "Well it was an eventful business sale, initially we had a contract on my business but the first buyer could not come up with the money a day before settlement which was a disaster however Iain and John assured me that they had another two buyers who would look at the business.
