I don't even know where to start. Had my salon listed with someone else but didn't get any results. Found John Kasapi who delivered a few buyers straight away. Then the games began with our landlord. He was a nightmare. There were rent increases, yearly term changes, option problem, wrong names on documents, no one returning our calls, terrible lawyers involved.
