Sam Pask joins the Benchmark team with extensive sales experience and over 30 years owning & operating and working in hospitality venues. With this experience he brings a wealth of knowledge and is to be able to bring hospitality buyers and sellers together with a great outcome.
Sam grew up in New Zealand’s South Island. Time was spent as a teenager either buying or selling a cars or working in one of 4 jobs in the local bakeries or restaurants.
He moved to Sydney in the early 90’s and worked in venues from 5-star hotels to “Hatted” restaurants such as Sydney’s “Quay” and later in Brisbane; “Esquire”, “Urbane” and “Otto” restaurants. He has owned and operated a 50-seat café in Sydney’s south, a 60-seat bistro (Selah) for 10 years at Circular Quay and more recently the impressive 120 seat “Motorwagen” restaurant in Brisbane’s CBD.
Also with sales experience also over 3 decades, he has not only marketed his own businesses but has been involved in a number of sales related roles.
With this love for sales and a genuine desire to see the best for sellers and buyers in the field of hospitality Sam’s aim is to ensure a satisfying, positive result for all.
