Roger never thought his career will be settled as a business broker, he taught at University before moving to Sydney in 1989, started from scratch in Australia, Roger run a few retailing businesses in Sydney and Melbourne. Maybe the cross-culture experiences with the life up-down he went through, Roger is passionate to assist and share the knowledge with his clients once he became the business broker in 2005.

Roger had established his own sales team in 2010 and took part in the Benchmark Business Sale team in 2019.

Because business is intangible assets, Roger is always pursuing to openly discuss the business valuation to his client, simply wants to his client well-informed basis on his extensive knowledge.

Roger is good at point out “Sale Points” even “a difficulty sale business”. One café and salad bar in Melbourne CBD, Roger had assisted in converting to the popular Vietnamese bread roll successfully within four weeks, the vendor said eventually:

To a pound of professional brokers, Roger has been keeping the endless learning, he has a recognized bachelor’s degree, is a licensed real estate agent in Victoria, and a member of AIBB.
  
Roger lives in Melbourne with his family for more than 20 years, he loves traveling as well as reading and writing, music, and enjoying swimming, Tai Ji and a variety of active sports.
