"Well it was an eventful business sale, initially we had a contract on my business but the first buyer could not come up with the money a day before settlement which was a disaster however Iain and John assured me that they had another two buyers who would look at the business. Dennis , 13 Dec 2018 Working away from home when selling a salon is not easy but Benchmark took care of everything. They set up viewings after hours, confirmed all arrangements along the way and liaised with my conveyancer, which helped the process.
