Nicole , 13 Dec 2018 WOW– what a journey! I contacted Nikki 18 months ago when I was pregnant with my second child and she helped me find a buyer for my salon. Name Undisclosed , 13 Dec 2018 This is a very exciting time for us, as we have just purchased 6 new sites to add to our current portfolio and a new private product line! None of this could have been made possible if it wasn’t for Benchmark, as we had already purchased a site with them before we were on their radar.  They came to us with this opportunity and we knew it was a sound investment, yet again Benchmark stepped up each and every time when matters needed to be addressed. They assisted us with leasing and ensured that the lawyers stayed on track!! Seller , 29 Sep 2020 Nikki  managed to negotiate with both the buyer and Head office to get the deal to work for everyone. She systematically worked through each and every detail and kept all parties informed of all the steps along the way. I am chuffed to bits with the results of working with “Australia’s No1 Business Broker” nationally and I now I know why? Amazing service and amazing girl! Tom Calderwood , 10 Oct 2019 Thank you Troy Foran for the determination and professionalism with the regards to the sale of my business  The whole process was daunting to me in the beginning and I was not confident that I would get the outcome I wanted. Appointing you as my broker was certainly the right decision. You kept me apprised of any developments and updates and was always very flexible time wise in meeting with potential buyers and myself. You never intentionally got my hopes up ("There are no guarantees until the money's in the bank" you would say). As it turned out there were complications with a purchaser who signed an agreement however never honored it. You immediately went straight back to work and revamped the ad for our business and generated a tonne of new interest which resulted in a new purchaser within only a few months.
