Persistence can prevail even in the trickiest of markets and market was exceptional. Most brokers would have given up. Nikki, your job was to bring me a buyer. Despite the challenges of me being a first-time seller, and the market being mid-covid-19! You did it…...I believe a match made in heaven. I am excited to sell and he is excited to buy! The buyer is exceptional, it truly is a good match. I am confident that I have sold the salon in good faith, that my staff will be looked after and the salon will thrive, under the new ownership. Rebekah Pike , 08 Apr 2019 I was getting a bit worried about Benchmark not being able to deliver a sale for me. My lease was nearly up and I needed to get out ASAP without walking away from the business I had built up. They finally pulled a rabbit out of their hat and found a buyer that took over the business just before the end of lease and he helped them get a brand new lease and approval from the landlord. I was in New Zealand for the entire process and they went above and beyond by becoming our chauffeur and picked us up from the airport and drove us to the salon on the day of settlement to finalise the sale. A great result in the end!

Seller , 29 Sep 2020 She was the obvious choice when I decided to sell due to family commitments and she stepped up straight away. She had a lot of the paperwork still on file and quickly moved to finding a buyer. The buyer made an offer and I accepted – then Covid-19 hit! Due to the uncertainty the buyer pulled out. Nikki advised that she would return her deposit but would speak to her when everything calmed down. Nikki re-engaged the buyer, the buyer agreed to proceed and Nikki reinstated the contract.  The outcome was that my salon sold yesterday and I am delighted. Nikki did an excellent job at keeping the buyer updated and she assessed the timing perfectly to resurrect the deal AND got me a great result too! If I had another broker working on this (with less skill and experience), I am not sure the outcome would have been the same. Delighted!

"Well it was an eventful business sale, initially we had a contract on my business but the first buyer could not come up with the money a day before settlement which was a disaster however Iain and John assured me that they had another two buyers who would look at the business.
