Seller , 29 Sep 2020 She was the obvious choice when I decided to sell due to family commitments and she stepped up straight away. She had a lot of the paperwork still on file and quickly moved to finding a buyer. The buyer made an offer and I accepted – then Covid-19 hit! Due to the uncertainty the buyer pulled out. Nikki advised that she would return her deposit but would speak to her when everything calmed down. Nikki re-engaged the buyer, the buyer agreed to proceed and Nikki reinstated the contract.  The outcome was that my salon sold yesterday and I am delighted. Nikki did an excellent job at keeping the buyer updated and she assessed the timing perfectly to resurrect the deal AND got me a great result too! If I had another broker working on this (with less skill and experience), I am not sure the outcome would have been the same. Delighted!

Caitlin , 13 Dec 2018 I contacted Nikki as I was looking for a second salon and enquired about one she has advertised. She discussed it with me and answered all my questions then set me up with a viewing and I knew immediately this was the “one”. Seller , 29 Sep 2020 Nikki  managed to negotiate with both the buyer and Head office to get the deal to work for everyone. She systematically worked through each and every detail and kept all parties informed of all the steps along the way. I am chuffed to bits with the results of working with “Australia’s No1 Business Broker” nationally and I now I know why? Amazing service and amazing girl! Zoe , 01 Feb 2018 I had contacted Benchmark just before my lease ran out and I was planning to close the salon as I wanted to concentrate on my young family. The purchaser ended up being a customer of the salon and our broker helped get her through leasing, finance etc etc by explaining to her what was involved. The result was excellent as I have now sold my salon to a great girl and I have come out with some money to allow me to relax and enjoy my time off with my baby. Best result that could have happened.
