I don't even know where to start. Had my salon listed with someone else but didn't get any results. Found John Kasapi who delivered a few buyers straight away. Then the games began with our landlord. He was a nightmare. There were rent increases, yearly term changes, option problem, wrong names on documents, no one returning our calls, terrible lawyers involved. Without his experience and understanding of the structure of the sale, it my have ended in a no sale. The business was only listed for 2 days before they had a buyer interested and committed. The process was interesting especially as I was overseas but we managed to get through it successfully.
