Venn Williams is a highly regarded Director who has over 30 years’ experience in building, growing, managing and exiting businesses.

Venn is currently CEO of BlueKite Business Partners.

BlueKite Business Partners is a dedicated team of professionals proving tools and resources for Entrepreneurs, Business owners and their teams to grow thrive and achieve outstanding results.

Venn has extensive experience in managing, growing and integrating financial services organisations having created and sold three wealth management companies and acquired and sold a number of Accounting practices.

Venn was responsible for creating was one of the first private banking style financial service firms in Australia. He grew this organisation nationally to over $1 billion funds under management until he exited, and the firm was acquired in 2002 by a global financial services firm.

Venn has experience as a Director, CEO and board member of an ASX Listed Financial Services Firm.

Venn is passionate about helping business owners and their teams become the best they can. Specialising in growth strategies, creating and managing exit strategies and selling businesses to achieve maximum value. He seeks to create life changing outcomes for all clients.

Venn is a Business Financial Educator and publisher of a monthly newsletter for advisers, investors and business owners. He has written numerous articles and special reports in the financial services area and his first book, Rocket your way to Financial Independence was published in 2009.

Venn studied at Flinders University and has been a practicing Financial Adviser. He was a qualified real-estate agent and business broker and a member of the financial planning association -FPA and the real-estate institute of Australia -REIA
Venn is a life enthusiast, swims regularly, plays golf when possible, meditates when he can, enjoys reading, cooking, music, and wine with family and friends.
