Shay Reynolds has more than 40yrs experience in Sales & Marketing within the retail, wholesale, & manufacturing in industries as diverse as grocery, beer, liquor, coffee and entertainment.
Working in sales for Cadbury’s in both metro & regional areas Shay developed a strong understanding of the Grocery & Small Business area later moving onto Promotions manager & then State sales manager across two states for heavy weights Sony Music Australia & EMI music.
For more than 20yrs Shay has owned and operated a successful manufacturing business, which has seen him work closely with the world’s largest Beer, Wine, Liquor, Coffee and food brands for Australasia and throughout Nth America.
Shay has developed a unique skill set in the area of sales & marketing and has a passion for dealing with people and for achieving the very best result from both himself and the projects he works on.
In his downtime, Shay loves to spend time with his Wife and Adult Kids as well as walking his beloved pooches and follows both AFL & NRL, getting out to see the games live whenever he can.
