Owen Mitchell has had over 33 years’ experience in valuing and negotiating the sale of businesses and assets, specialising in the medium to large end of the small business sector with particular interest in wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, service industry and the education sector.

He has sold businesses in the above sector in most states of Australia.

During this period he has been responsible for the sale, valuation &/or appraisal of over 1600 businesses.

In addition to his selling experience, he is a specialist business valuer and undertakes valuations for:

He is a panel member of the Business Values Network and has undertaken valuations throughout Australia.

In addition to this experience, he has studied and passed all examination requirements for and is a member of:

* Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Senior Associate) – (FINSIA)
* Fellow of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers – (FAIBB)

And has continued post graduate studies in Applied Finance and completed examinations in the following specialist fields:

* Industrial Equity Analysis
* Investment Analysis and Valuation
* Property Investment and Analysis
