Such was the dedication of the Souvlis parents that three of their sons trained as bakers, while three daughters honed their skills as cake decorators. Having recently sold his last IGA Supermarket on 05/06/2023 through Benchmark, Micklos decided to pivot his vast experience into a new avenue. He already possessed a full real estate license, with his credentials also including a stint as a caravan park broker and ownership of a caravan park in Hervey Bay. Driven by an undying passion for supermarkets, joining the Benchmark team was a natural progression for Micklos.
