Ashlee Griffin is part of the administration team at Benchmark Business Sales & Valuations.
Ashlee is the Administration and Contract Manager of Benchmark Business Sales & Valuations; she is based in Melbourne has been employed with the Business since 2010, since then she has assisted with over 2000 sales transactions. Her main role is to prepare Business and Commercial Contracts in all states across Australia and manage the sales process through to settlement. Other roles include supervision of staff, liaising with stakeholders and clients as well as accounting and bookkeeping, and the day to day conduct of Administration.
Ashlee holds a Diploma of Business, Diploma of Management, Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing and Real Estate Certificate, she has completed courses such as ‘The Law and Management of Contracts’, and ongoing training with Real Estate Institute bodies.
Her experience enables her to provide corporate support to the Principal of Benchmark Business Sales & Valuations and over 50 Agents across Australia. She is proactive and highly driven to provide exceptional service.
