"Sold sold sold at long last!!! From contract to settlement was 3 weeks which was really quick however before that we attempted to sell the business over a year ago and that didn’t work out at all well. But I’m thankful I used John 2nd time around to get the business finally over the line. I could not believe how hard these things are to sell and I can’t believe it’s finally happened, Im so happy now. I don't even know where to start. Had my salon listed with someone else but didn't get any results. Found John Kasapi who delivered a few buyers straight away. Then the games began with our landlord.
