None of this could have been made possible if it wasn’t for Benchmark, as we had already purchased a site with them before we were on their radar.  They came to us with this opportunity and we knew it was a sound investment, yet again Benchmark stepped up each and every time when matters needed to be addressed. They assisted us with leasing and ensured that the lawyers stayed on track!!
